Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include the order number.

Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.
How to Start a Return

Email contactkemegy@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

If eligible, we’ll send return instructions (and a label if applicable).

Ship the item back within 14 days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

If we shipped the wrong item, or the product is defective/damaged on arrival, we’ll cover return shipping or offer a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom/personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products) that have been opened

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards, digital downloads, and items marked Final Sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times vary by bank/credit card (usually 5–10 business days).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contactkemegy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
International Returns
We accept international returns. Duties, taxes, and return shipping aren’t refundable and are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Additional Notes

Orders placed after 7 AM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

The pickup day does not count as a day in transit; expedited shipments may require one additional business day.

Shipping delays caused by carriers (UPS/USPS) are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist if there’s a problem.

International customers are responsible for customs fees and duties.
