• How long does shipping take?
A: Orders placed before 5PM CST, typically ship same day (Mon - Fri). Delivery times can
vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Generally, our standard
free shipping option can take 7-20 business days However, please be advised, as stated by
the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the
destination address. If you require expedited delivery on a Saturday, please reach out to us
at contactkemegy@gmail.com for an individual quote for our complete shipping policy.
After placing your order, you may click the "order tracking" link at the top right-
hand corner of our website to track your order's status. You will also receive a shipment / you can download the app "shop" for updates about your order carrier.

. Do you Ship to Foreign Countries?
A: Yes, we currently ship to over 25 foreign countries. During the checkout process you can
add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete
address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and
destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no
markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or customs duties.

When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking the 'Complete Order'
